Call the Former CEO of Apple iPad Toughest Rival Galaxy Tab

To date have been many outstanding brands of tablet device in order to compete with Apple's iPad. But it attracted the most attention, is the Samsung Galaxy Tab.

It is said by former Apple CEO John Sculley in an interview with Economic Times.

Sculley insists that only Samsung Galaxy Tab Apple iPad to be the toughest rival.

"I predict Apple will still be victorious in the next few years. Most serious competitor is seen now only Samsung Galaxy (Tab)," he said.

In addition, Sculley also said there are several parties that need to be on the market today gadget that may be overlooked by many.

Especially, he called Nokia and Microsoft. According to him, although both are often considered to have "no teeth" anymore, they actually have the potential to surprise.

"I also felt it was too early to forget about Windows 8 as a mobile platform. Developer version of Windows 8 and Windows Mobile so far is very impressive," he said.

Sculley was Apple's CEO during 1983 through 1993. Was Steve Jobs himself who convinced Sculley to leave Pepsi in 1983.

Nevertheless, Sculley was also more or less contributed to cause the retreat Jobs of Apple at that time.

In a CNBC list, 2009, Sculley listed in the top 14 list of the 20 worst CEOs in the United States.
