The new iPad is being tested in terms of hardiness. 2 for comparison is the iPad tablet. Which is stronger? Both types of iPad was tested by three methods :

Dropping iPad with the screen facing up, dropped from waist height of an adult.

Dropping iPad with the screen facing down, dropped from waist height of an adult.

Dropping iPad with the screen facing down, this time from the chest or shoulder height of an adult.

Video length 2 minutes 15 seconds does not provide firm conclusions about the iPad which is more resilient.

The examiner simply concluded: "Display severe iPad 2 was destroyed, but not as bad as the new iPad. New iPad nearly off screen (after dropped) and suffered further damage.
