Sony is preparing two Android smartphone models with waterproof capabilities and antidebu, the plan would be launched in the third quarter of this year. Two smartphone is Xperia Xperia Acro Go and S.

Go Xperia reinforced with a 1GHz dual core processor, 5MP camera, 3.5-inch landscape display area of 480 x 320 pixel resolution HVGA, and run the operating system Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). This smartphone will receive the upgrade promised Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).

Go Xperia has been certified IP67, which means it has a high level of dust and water resistance, while the S receives a certificate Xperia Acro antidebu waterproof and lower than the Xperia Go, namely IP55 and IP57.
