Apple and Google Compete to Launch 3D Map  

Google is preparing a new mapping service with three-dimensional perspective, aka 3D, which will be launched on June 6 in a show titled 'The Next Dimension of Google Maps.

While Apple is rumored to also be launching a 3D map service on June 11 in the Champions Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC).

As an old player in the digital map services, Google looks not to be outdone by Apple. Moreover, recent rumors that Apple would remove Google Maps of the mobile operating system IOS version 6.  

Google Maps will be replaced with a digital map services made by Apple itself. Google has recently also been removing Google Maps from the iPhoto application in the iPad tablet. In fact, Apple has been using Google Maps in IOS since 2007.

Apple has been planning to make your own map services with the acquisition of three companies engaged in digital mapping. In 2009, Apple acquired Placebase, then Poly9 in 2010, and C3 Technologies in 2011.  

Google will see a new competitor in the business of digital maps. It's just a 3D map of Apple's most likely only be made exclusively for Apple devices. While Google Maps 3D, can be accessed by anyone as long as connected to the Internet.
